I admit. My blogging life could not have been on more of a hiatus than this. School has been eating me alive and it's only been the 4th week of school. It's actually so far been fun but I'm still having to get used to this level of stress, time management and sleep especially that I have more load on my scale compared to last year. Studies, dancing, committees. It's really gonna take some time to get used to.
Well, allow me update you with what's happened so far this July. I performed with DTour once again for 2 consecutive days last week (LMN's Only For The Strong and Dance X's Prevoyance). It's actually been really fun and humbling that I've been given this opportunity to dance with them again. I took a demo contemporary class with coach Mitchi Kawpeng as well and it felt so good to not be dancing hiphop for a change. (Shame on me for not pointing my toes in the video!) I also got to watch Despicable Me 2 and I must say, THE MINIONS ARE SO FREAKING CUTEEEE!!
Sorry about the short update. Nothing much has been going on in my life but I promise to get back as soon as I can and hopefully, I'll have time to do so. (I still have to post my monthly playlist and instaposts. plus, I've recently felt a little creative in school; so, I guess I'll post my amateur art stuff)
On a side note, I currently really like Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines. The song has that dance-y, jazz-y vibe and is very fun to listen to! Well, I very much dislike that the music video is provocative and is explicit. It's a good song but I honestly think they could have gone with a better idea for the video. Oh well, welcome to the 21st century!
You dance so well! I watched you dance in the TMH album launch and even though the moves aren't that complex, you deliver them, with such grace and swag (and I didn't even know you can mix both!).
